DESA Australia’s commitment to its clients and delivery of major projects have once again being recognised by retail giant Myer.
Each year, the retailer highlights and celebrates those suppliers and business partners who’ve aided it in reaching its business goals.
At the recent Myer Supplier of The Year awards, DESA Australia was acknowledged for maintaining a high level of excellence in its relationship with the retailer and named “Best Building Services Provider”.
DESA Australia worked on a number of projects for Myer, including two significant projects in Victoria and NSW that further strengthen Myer’s presence in the retail world.
The DESA teams in Melbourne and Sydney utilised their expertise on the Werribee Plaza redevelopment and the Warringah Mall project.
DESA undertook the communications, security, PA and partial electrical fit out of both stores, completed on time and within budget.
“This is the fourth Myer award that DESA has received over the past five years. It really demonstrates Myer’s appreciation of the team’s dedication and commitment,” says Project Group Manager Anthony Reinke.
“I would like to acknowledge the work of National Account Manager Aaron Shorter in our Melbourne office who worked on the Werribee project and who worked very closely with Brenton Ovens in Sydney on the Warringah build”.
“Also, from an administrative and project management perspective, Lauren Ryan was instrumental in ensuring a smooth delivery of projects”.
